[Mar 23rd 2017] Doing Hard Labor in Japan

Speaker:  Thomas Nevins.
Founder and Chief Consultant.

This presentation will cover a smorgasbord of guidance and ideas of hard corporate management skills and practices.  It will introduce time saving, painless practices that increase sales and profits with strategic Rules of Employment/Salary/Benefits/Retirement policies, effective Staff Reductions and Problem Employee Solutions, cost saving programs, also Union management. The talk includes restructuring, and building up our presenters clients with a sturdy foundation. It will also cover lighter touch soft skills to make our lives happier, healthier, more fulfilled, and with better relationships in work and play.

Obtaining good jobs in Japan is harder than ever.  Our presenter will focus on tips to get your ideal job.  How to thrive at your job, and draw optimum results from co-workers--both below and above you.  How to separate yourself from other applicants, and be sure to be the one who is hired!

What are the best ways to fire, and be fired, and other contract and labor/management rights and obligations.  Many actual, real life cases and concrete examples based on years of experience fighting smart and fair for the benefit of clients and their staff.

Our speaker has written many books; they include very instructive, concrete advice and has always felt you have to sow the seeds to reap the harvest.

Our presenter rolls up his sleeves, and does hands-on, whatever he can to help client employers and employees.  Many of the 87 case study/testimonial letters signed in the speakers books are lengthy and detailed.  They are also on our presenters website identifying the client, but without signatures.  Also offers strong, determined clients bold and unique approaches.  Past client results will give you confidence, and be a big help to any expat managing in Japan.  Our speaker is always the first one to point out that he is a Labor Consultant, not an Attorney.
